Hey folks, my name is Emmet Byrne, I’m Senior Producer at Cubicle 7. I hope everyone had a good January and 2021 has started well for you. As always, it's been very busy here in C7, but I don’t think we quite estimated how long it would take to get back up to speed after the break! After a few weeks of trying to remember exactly what it is we’re supposed to be doing, everyone here is now back up and running and ready to bring you some great RPGs.

Today we’re doing our monthly production update so you can see where things are in the pipeline. One important thing to note is that there may be a change to some previous mentioned street dates. Due to the ongoing global health crisis, our print partners have advised us that shipping may take between 2 to 4 works longer than it would normally. We are working with our partners to try to get books to you and in stores as soon as we can, but unfortunately some things are simply out of our control. Hey folks, my name is Emmet Byrne, I’m Senior Producer at Cubicle 7. Dom recently took a look at what we were up to last year, and I think it's safe to say that we were very busy! Today, I’d like to take a look ahead at what’s in store for our Warhammer lines in 2021, and where all of our books are in the production process. You might spot a few exciting new titles we have never mentioned before, more on those coming soon!

As we mentioned last time, until books hit warehouses, all the dates are our working estimates. We’ll be doing production updates monthly, and will update dates as things change.

Warhammer Fantasy

We had a slew of releases for WFRP last year, with more to come. The full list of products is below.

• Death on the Reik and Companion: Death on the Reik and its companion should be shipping from the printers soon. They will land in our warehouse in the next few months and should be in stores at the start of Q2.
• Middenheim, City of the White Wolf: We’ve gathered and implemented

It’s been a very busy year here, filled with surprises and challenges, but the team has adapted fantastically well to working from home, Zoom and Hangouts meetings, and getting used to playing games online — thankfully we have both Foundry VTT and Roll20 to help with that now! Once again, we’d like to thank you for all of your support throughout the year.

Today I’d like to give an update across all of our lines, to give everyone an idea of where the books are in the production process. We plan to do this regularly, so keep an eye out for another update in the new year (I’m trying to ignore the fact it's almost 2021!). Until books hit warehouses, all the dates are our working estimates and not cast-iron promises (I’m looking at you, Facebook).

Hi All,

I hope you are safe and well! Here in Ireland COVID restrictions have begun to ease, enabling myself and some of the team to work from the office again. There’s a huge amount going on at the moment, but we’ve also been able to keep playing. At the moment, we’re in the last stages of our final playtest of Power Behind the Throne, Volume 3 of the Enemy Within Campaign, and we’re having great fun. It’s a WFRP classic for a reason!   

Not only has my Bounty Hunter made the leap to becoming a much more respectable Duellist, but I am now the personal champion of the Graf of Middenheim himself. Established at court and with a real future ahead of him, my character Felix (not that Felix) has plans. A few investments in city businesses will give me the money for a farm in the countryside. Once I’ve defended the Graf for a few years, I’ll use my influence to gain a more rewarding (and less risky) position — maybe Chancellor? Settle down, raise a family. No more fighting with cultists.

Due to COVID-19 the Cubicle 7 team, like many others, are all working from home - because of this we could no longer run our weekly evening game/playtest in our offices in Ireland. So, we decided it was about time we ran our first fully remote game and share the audio with you all!

We know many of you are looking for a diversion or some escapism at the moment so we'd love if you listened in, the audio runs to about two hours fifteen minutes. Why not let us know what you think over on our social media channels!
