Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your original order first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

Items must be unused, with tags still attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
