    #WARHAMMERWEDNESDAY

Our plan is to develop this series into a substantial reference guide that will draw on our passion and experience with WFRP. So, if you have any burning questions you’re dying to ask about the WFRP rules, hop over to our Facebook page and comment under the post for this article and Ben will try to include your questions in future posts. If you prefer you can pop them in an email to [email protected].

Hello everyone! I’m Ben, Assistant Producer with Cubicle 7, and I’m here to welcome you to the first installment of WFRP FAQ!

This series of posts will go through the many questions we’ve received from all of you about WFRP. I’ll explore the question, give a definitive answer, and give page references where relevant, and maybe even pull in Dom or Andy, WFRP’s designers, should a question need a new ruling. Once we have a

Age of Sigmar Soulbound: Witch Aelf

    #MortalRealmsMonday

Today Cubicle 7 producer Emmet Byrne discusses a previously revealed Archetype for Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Soulbound — the deadly Witch Aelf of the Daughters of Khaine.

    Cold and Merciless

A bloodthirsty zealot of Khaine you exist to nourish the bloody-handed god, one blood sacrifice at a time.

Few of the mortal races can match the Aelves for agility or grace, but there are few even amongst the Aelves who can rival the lethal sublimity of a Witch Aelf of Khaine. For them the shedding of blood is an ecstatic act, and even their combat exercises are imbued with the weight and deadly seriousness of sacred rites. Though most right-thinking folk find the Khainites’ practices deeply disturbing, there is no organisation outside of the Stormhosts of Azyr more fiercely opposed to the encroachment of Chaos and few boasting warriors so deadly. Temples to the Murder God can be found in most Free Cities, the most famous being run by the larger Khainite sects such as Hagg Nar, Khelt

C7 writer Ben Scerri has another great post for you to sink your teeth into this week, so make a cuppa and get stuck in! You can also join the chat on FacebookTwitter and Instagram to let us know what you think!

Hello, everyone! It’s time for the exciting conclusion to our last blog post where we started making a whole adventure from a short hook from the free supplement Adventure Afoot in the Reikland. Last week we covered the Starting Situation, and the Cast of Characters, so today we’re going to talk about our Scenes and Planning for the Unexpected!

    Step #3: Set the Scene

Whilst I’m a big fan of improvised play, and believe you could run an adventure with what has already been written in the last post, I also enjoy prep (and I know I’m not the only one). However, some GMs aren’t comfortable winging things as much as others, and that’s fine too. There’s no right way to be a GM, so let’s set some Scenes down for this adventure we’ve been building.

  7. WFRP The Enemy Within

    WFRP The Enemy Within

    #WARHAMMERWEDNESDAY

Game Trade Magazine recently published the above article from Cubicle 7 CEO Dominic McDowall on Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay and The Enemy Within. We have printed it below for you to read more easily!

It’s no secret that we here at Cubicle 7 Entertainment only work on games we love. I admit that it can be limiting —we’ve passed up quite a few big licenses over the years, mainly because they weren’t something we’d absolutely loved beforehand. I need to know I’ll be able to bring genuine passion to the property so I can guarantee to other fans that they will love what we are doing.

Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay (WFRP– we pronounce it WuffRupp) is the first RPG I ever played, so it has an incredibly special place in my heart. I have so many awesome gaming memories featuring the (always doomed) voyages of the Emperor Luitpold as it made its way sluggishly up the River Talabec. This is something I share with my WFRP 4e co-designer, Andy Law. We have both been huge Warhammer

    #TeamTuesday

As our team continues to expand here at Cubicle 7 we want to share more insights from team members on their love of RPGs, their careers and the work they do here at Cubicle 7. This week we hear from Elaine, one of our amazing freelance writers!

Greetings mortals and monsters! I’m Elaine, a freelance writer at Cubicle 7 currently working away on Age of Sigmar: Soulbound and soon to be working on Warhammer 40,000: Wrath & Glory.

My love for storytelling was forged among the twisted, wyrdstone laced ruins of an old world city. One spoken of only in hushed words... “Mordheim”. Like many drawn to this hobby, I grew up on wargames, video games and my mother’s massive hand-me-down horde of pulp sci-fi and fantasy paperbacks. I have no doubt that I spent most of my formative years exploring other worlds rather than living in my own. But it wasn’t until my gaming group discovered the wonders of emergent storytelling that the warpflame spark of creativity ignited my mind.

    No longer was I simply

WFRP: By Hook or By Crook (Part #1)

C7 writer Ben Scerri is back this week with a new blog post! Make sure you join the chat on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to let us know what you think!

Hi All, Ben here, Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 4th Edition is crammed full of adventure hooks to inspire GMs, so I thought it would be a good idea to show you how I go from a simple adventure seed to a full-fledged Adventure!

This article is going to run a little differently to my normal blog posts. If you follow this article step-by-step, at the end you’ll have an adventure you can run your Players through right away. You’ll also have all the tools you need to make your adventures until the end of time.

To show how to do this, I’m going to use an adventure hook from the free supplement Adventure Afoot in the Reikland, and show you how I turn it into a full-blown adventure. So, let’s crack that PDF open to a random page, and…
