Warhammer 40,000 Roleplay: Wrath & Glory

Recently we shared some amazing archetype art from future release - Forsaken System Player’s Guide . Today we have another piece to share with you - the Ogryn Warrior shown above!

The Ogryn Warrior is a Tier 2 Astra Militarum Archetype. 

Monstrous musculature and resilience far beyond any Imperial Guardsman more than make up for the base stupidity of the average Ogryn. The crude mind of an Ogryn Warrior worries little for their life, and will charge headlong into battle firing their brutal Ripper Gun, an avalanche of muscle crushing any enemy that stands in their way.

We hope you have all been enjoying Warhammer 40,000 Roleplay: Wrath & Glory so far. A big #40kFriday thank you to everyone who contacted us with feedback on the Warhammer 40,000 Roleplay: Wrath & Glory Rulebook! After several additional rounds of proofing and editing, we have clarified the text and made many quality of life changes.

We have updated the PDF with all of the changes. If you bought the Rulebook from us directly, you will receive a link to download the updated file. If you bought from DrivethrRPG, you will also be alerted to update your files today. We have also added the updated file to Bits and Mortar.

We wanted to share an update on what we are working on behind the scenes. There are numerous exciting projects progressing at a good pace. Wrath & Glory producer Zak Dale-Clutterbuck has listed five titles you can look forward to below! We will keep you posted on the various projects and share more updates on estimated release dates when we can.

We are still working on the errata and the free PDF log of all the revisions made to the Wrath & Glory system.

‘Stories are a HUGE part of my life, digging through those core books for art, I stayed for the text, which inspired me to make more stories and become a GM to a group of friends.’ 

When producer Zak Dale-Clutterbuck first discovered Stefan Ristic’s artwork, he knew he’d found a perfect match to join the brilliant creative team on Warhammer 40,000 Roleplay: Wrath & Glory. Two months later and the artwork Stefan has created is exceptional, adding an extra layer of impact and drama to Wrath & Glory. 

I remember it like it was yesterday: the first time I saw Paul Dainton’s, Karl Kopinski’s and Adrian Smith’s amazing art in a limited edition Warhammer 40,000 Calendar 2005. Slack-jawed at art that amazing — I wanted to create some of my own. Bear in mind, online drawing tutorials were sparse and googling wasn’t yet a thing, so I had to go through all the corebooks, splatbooks and anything else I could find to see more of the art from this universe. That’s how much of an impact these guys

Our designers have been hard at work making sure the printed version of the Rulebook is as good as it can be, talking everything from the finer points of promethium to the perfect application of Keywords in play. 

As promised, we’re also working on the complete log of all the revisions made to the Wrath & Glory system, which will be made available as a free PDF when all of the errata has been implemented!

There are lots of stories to be told in the Gilead System, and a whole host of adventures and supplements in the works that we can’t wait to share with you.
