    WFRP: Kemperbad Lonely Hearts Column

Love is in the air... even in WFRP? Check out these rather special lonely hearts and let us know who takes your fancy over on our Facebook and Twitter pages. Perhaps you're an AAH or WTRTAWFO ?

    Kemperbad Lonely Hearts Column

It is that time of the year when all hearts turn to considerations of love and passion, and so it often is in the Old World as well. It is a fact not widely known that, from 2405-2420 IC, the matchmaker Johan Weber in the town of Kemperbad did maintain a column for those individuals whose had trouble meeting other like minded individuals.

Below are a small selection of such texts, recovered from the remains of Johan’s printworks after it was burned to the ground by a mob in an action the town council later characterised as both ‘justified’ and ‘overdue.’

As it is both difficult and frustrating in the extreme work the plates of this Dwarf-cursed machine, here are the abbreviations of the most common expressions

  3. Age of Sigmar: Soulbound Playtest

    Age of Sigmar: Soulbound Playtest

    Hello! Welcome back to #MortalRealmsMonday!

We’re in the final stages of playtesting for Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Soulbound, with regular playtests happening with the team in the office and a select few external groups. So this week we wanted to share a quick recap of what we’ve been testing.

    Lights in the Gutters

Recently, we did some lunchtime playtesting to try out the new “Swarm” mechanics. The Soulbound headed into the ruins beneath the city of Brightspear (which you will learn more about in the Soulbound Starter Set) to investigate some strange lights. It turns out, the Skaven had burrowed deep beneath the city and their alchemical experiments were causing a whole lot of strangeness.

The group was faced with dozens of Skaven Clanrats, a Grey Seer, and a Rat Ogor. The Rat Ogor is a big heavy-hitting enemy, but isn’t too smart. The Grey Seer is a warpstone-devouring spellcaster, but is very squishy. The Clanrats aren’t much of a threat individually, but can be dangerous in a group

  4. Age of Sigmar: Hag Priestess

    Age of Sigmar: Hag Priestess

    #MortalRealmsMonday

Today we’re revealing a brand new Archetype for Age of Sigmar: Soulbound — the bloodthirsty Hag Priestess of the Daughters of Khaine. Let us know what you think over on our Facebook and Twitter pages!

    Zealous and Cruel

The God of Murder is yours to invoke.

The priestesses of the Cult of Khaine are selected from the ranks of the Witch Aelves by Morathi herself. They are usually chosen as a reward for exceptional bloodthirstiness or zeal, but the goddess is not above ulterior motives in her selections. Those that survive the many trials which follow emerge hardened by the experience and suffused with a bloody zeal for the God of Murder that surpasses even that of their former sisters.

Through blood rituals and incantations the Hag Priestess is able to call down the wrath of Khaine and perform miracles in combat. Further, they are masters of poison, and most carry at least one treated blade secreted away somewhere at hand; they concoct an assortment of witchbrews and

Middenheim - City of the White Wolf

Before ever there was ever an Empire, the followers of Ulric made their home atop the Fauschlag. It is said that the God of War, Winter and Wolves himself shaped the mighty plateau for his people, and set at its heart the ever-burning White Flame as a mark of his patronage. It is a city of bridges, spires, and winding stairs, and from it’s airy peaks one can see, beyond the clutching darkness of the Drakwald Forest, the far off Middle Mountains. The Fauschlag itself is riddled with tunnels and

    40k Friday Update

    #40kFriday

We’d like to thank every Wrath & Glory player for their patience while we complete the revised Wrath & Glory Rulebook.

We’re regularly asked for a precise release date; always a tricky question. We’re very keen to get the game out and start playing, but we also want to make sure it’s as good as it can be!

Sometimes it’s hard to estimate a realistic release date as there are so many factors to consider when working on a rulebook. What we can say for now is that progress is good, we’ve done a lot of work, and we’re looking forward to a PDF release early this year.

If you have a PDF copy of the original rulebook from DriveThruRPG it will be updated automatically for free. We will also publish a list of all significant changes made to the book which will be available for free on our website.

The revised rules will be fully compatible with the original Wrath & Glory rules, represented in a new, clear layout with some optional extra rules

Age of Sigmar Soulbound: What's Coming in 2020

Welcome to the first #MortalRealmsMonday of the new year! 2020 is going to be a big year for Age of Sigmar: Soulbound, so this week we’re looking ahead at just some of what you can expect to see from Soulbound this year.

    Soulbound Core Rules

As Sigmar’s Storm broke upon the hordes of Chaos, a flicker of hope was rekindled in the people of the Mortal Realms. The seeds of civilisation were planted and grew into new bastions of Order, and for a moment it almost seemed the endless tide of darkness could be held back. But then came the Necroquake, as the undead legions of Nagash rose up to shatter the cities of Sigmar. Hope dwindles and once more darkness threatens to engulf the Mortal Realms…

Explore the Mortal Realms in the first ever tabletop roleplaying game set in the world of Warhammer Age of Sigmar.

You are Soulbound: heroes chosen by the gods themselves to stand against the horrors that plague the Mortal Realms and tasked with preventing a new age of Chaos and Death. Forge your
