It’s hard to believe that so much time has passed since the Imperium Maledictum Core Rulebook was released in 2023. Since then, we’ve visited Hive Rokarth in the Imperium Maledictum Starter Set, delved into the Heresies Macharia and explored the dark corners of the God-Emperor’s Inquisition in the Inquisition Guides, and recently expanded the core rulebook’s armoury with the Macharian Requisition Guide, introducing new rules and equipment for use by GMs and Players alike.

But rest assured, the game’s journey has just begun. We still have so much of the Macharian Sector left to explore, in published adventures and setting guides, including further deep dives on the Imperium’s iconic Factions, some of which the community may have never had the opportunity to play before.
