A Man of the People is a short introductory adventure for The Laundry Roleplaying Game (2E), designed to showcase the setting, humour and occult espionage at the heart of the game.The adventure begins with the players searching a politician’s office for incriminating occult materials. When they’re caught in the act, the consequences are swift: reprimanded, stripped of their field status, and sent on a mandatory training course.

Unfortunately, the training doesn’t last long.

When an emergency strikes at the heart of the British government, the agents are recalled to Laundry HQ. But with their field clearance revoked, they’ll have to find a way to help from the sidelines. When every active Laundry team is neutralised, the choice becomes simple: follow protocol and watch Britain fall, or break the rules and save the country. Of course, either way, there will be paperwork.
