Wrath & Glory Errata Out Now!

We hope you have all been enjoying Warhammer 40,000 Roleplay: Wrath & Glory so far. A big thank you to everyone who contacted us with feedback on the Warhammer 40,000 Roleplay: Wrath & Glory Rulebook! After several additional rounds of proofing and editing, we have clarified the text and made changes. 

We have updated the PDF with these changes and if you bought the Rulebook from us directly, you should have received a link to download the updated file. If you bought from DrivethrRPG, you will also have been alerted to update your files.

We have also added the updated file to Bits and Mortar.

• A List of Keywords has been added at the end of the book. 
• To address balance issues, Max Wounds now equal your Tier x 2, plus your Toughness.

Below is an excellent excerpt from a previous Developer Diary from the legendary Graeme Davis concerning the Enemy Within and the ancestry of Death on the Reik.

When many WFRP fans talk about the Enemy Within campaign, they are mostly thinking about Death on the Reik. That is quite understandable: this sprawling adventure contains so much that became iconic about the campaign, and about WFRP itself. River travel, of course, and mutant attacks, scheming cultists, warpstone, bizarre NPCs — and, of course, an ending that leaves the Characters wondering whether they actually won. 

The adventure was planned around river travel in order to emphasize the role of the Empire’s rivers in transportation. As in medieval Europe, a river is a far easier way to move goods and people than the roads of the time. Rivers are already there and do not need to be built, they remain open and passable in all but the most extreme weather, and they automatically connect the most fertile lands

GOLDEN RULE: If you have a rules question, just think "Does this make the game more fun for everyone and make me feel awesome?". If the answer is yes then you can probably do it!

Q: How does Cleave/Hazards/Spread/other area damage interact with Swarms?

A: Swarms (Soulbound, page 302) are considered a single creature, but they suffer double Damage from area of effects. For example, if 9 Clanrats formed a Swarm they would count as a single creature with 9 Toughness. A Major Hazard deals 3 Damage. If the Swarm enters the Hazard, it instead suffers 6 Damage.
