Moving Your Game Online
If you had asked me 10, 5, or even 2 years ago if I would play a tabletop RPG online, my answer would have been a firm, no-hesitation ‘NO!’. However, if you are like my gaming group, we found that COVID has forced us to look into different options outside our normal routines. I now look at this forced move as an overall positive change for me and my group.
There are benefits to both styles — in person and online — but I admit I didn’t fully realise these differences until I actually started to game online. Let’s talk about some of what I’ve learned and hopefully it will help you if you are still on the fence about taking your game online.
Before we dig in, I do want to be upfront: online gaming may not be for everyone and it may

WFRP: Altdorf Map - Work In Progress Photos
Check out the work in progress photos below from the incredibly talented Jerome Huguenin, who created the Altdorf Map.
This beautifully illustrated map shows off the city of Altdorf in exquisite detail. Whether players seek to explore the Street of a Hundred Taverns, involve themselves in intrigues at the Imperial Palace, seek to topple the established order alongside Altdorf’s revolutionary factions, or dominate the city’s underworld as part of the warring dockland gangs, the map is the perfect accompaniment to adventures in the capital of the Empire.

Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Soulbound - One Year On
Hi folks, and welcome back to #MortalRealmsMonday. This month marks the one year anniversary of the release of Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Soulbound!
Soulbound is the first ever tabletop RPG set in the world of Age of Sigmar, and the success it has seen since release is a testament to the popularity and excitement people have for the Mortal Realms. The Soulbound core rulebook launched alongside a stunning collector’s edition, Gamemaster’s screen, dice trays, and a beautiful map illustrated by renowned cartographer Jared Blando.
Since its release, Soulbound has received overwhelmingly positive reviews (see reviews on videogamesuncovered.com, rpg.net, beastsofwar.com, spruesandbrews.com) and has been supported with numerous supplements, such as a boxed Starter Set and an expansive Bestiary.
With so much to choose from, I thought it might be a good idea to offer some advice on where to get started with Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Soulbound. Oh and remember, every physical order and pre-order

The Empire is a sea of trees and wilderness, punctuated by all too seldom islands of civilisation and security. Its roads are winding, muddy tracks, plagued by bandits and worse. No wonder then that most who can afford it travel by river barge, and the waterways of the Reikland are alive with trade, travel, crime and adventure. Most major settlements of the Empire are built upon the banks of one of the great rivers that flow through the nation. Together these rivers form an extensive network, tying the vast Empire together.
Something Knocking takes place on just such an artery of trade and trouble. A band of pirates has been the cause of a great deal of trouble along a stretch of the river, and strange phenomenon has been linked to their activities. The Characters may have to form an unlikely alliance and dip into the murky

WFRP: Future Visions
The Frightened Village’ by Dániel Kovács
#WarhammerWednesday
Today we have another excellent post from Dave Allen, who works on our Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay line.
‘I see Darkness Gathering as the Last House of Joy fall! Beware, for Shadows Over … Oh, you’ve heard it before have you? Well, excuse me. Hold on, don’t just go. I’ve got more prophecies for you. Got prophecies all day long, and prognostications, foresights, your basic omens, visions-of-what-may-yet-to-be, tea-leaf readings, and astrological analyses for all and sundry!’‘So hang on, give me a bit of think and I’ll come up with something fresh, don’t you worry … just a bit of a think. Oh, now this is interesting. You’ll want to hear this. Yes, crossing my palm with brass wouldn’t hurt either.’
– Cassian the Unheeded, Altdorf Street Preacher
I see woes visited on the villages of Middenheim’s Grand Duchy, how terrors lurk in the darkness, and the corruption of Chaos inflicts itself on already monstrous forms. The rural folk
