New Website FAQ

We have moved our webstore to a new platform! Our new store will solve the issues we have been experiencing with our old site and offer you a more user friendly experience. We really appreciate your patience over the next week or so as we move to this new platform! We have prepared an FAQ further below that will answer any questions you might have. Our customer support team is on hand to help if you have any issues with your orders. 

What does this new webstore mean for you?

If you had an account on the old website, you will need to reset your password on our new website (use the same email address as you would have on the old site).

Your pre-orders are not affected, and if they don’t show in your account to start with don’t worry, they will be added shortly. We have all of your pre-order information safely stored so we’ve got you covered.

We’ll continue to include a PDF with every physical order and pre-order, however, the PDF will be downloadable only via DrivethruRPG and not from our site directly in the short term. 

Store Credit will be honoured: anyone who has store credit for our current site will be able to use it on the new site.

Valid coupon codes will be honoured on the new site.


What do you need to do now?

If you do not have one, please create a drivethruRPG account. This will allow you to download your PDFs from there and keep them in your DrivethruRPG library.

You do not need to do anything regarding pre-orders: you have confirmation emails for all your pre-orders and we have all that information too.

We will continue to send emails prior to mailing pre-orders so you can alert us to any address changes etc at that time.

FAQs

I can’t login/where's my account?

We have recently upgraded our website. If you had an account on our old website, you will need to reset your password on this new website (use the same email address as you would have on the old website). You can do this using clicking “Forgot Your Password?” when logging into your account.

Where is my pre-order information?

If your pre-order does not show in your account to start with, don’t worry, they will be added shortly. We have all of your pre-order information safely stored. 

You do not need to do anything regarding pre-orders. You will have confirmation emails for all your pre-orders and you will receive the usual emails in advance of pre-orders being shipped so you can alert us to any address changes etc. 

I did not receive a product I pre-ordered.

After purchasing the product, you will receive an email containing the link to download the PDF via Drive Thru RPG.

If you haven’t received your physical pre-order product, make sure you check the delivery period (e.g Q3 2023) on the product you ordered via your order confirmation email/ delivery email.

Can I still buy PDF-only products?

Yes, you can still buy PDF-only products on our webstore. PDFs products bought on our webstore are downloaded via DriveThruRPG. You will receive an email containing the link to download the PDF via Drive Thru RPG after purchase.

How do I download the PDF/ I can not download a PDF from your site anymore.

After purchasing the product, you will receive an email containing the link to download the PDF via Drive Thru RPG.
