WFRP FAQ #2
#WARHAMMERWEDNESDAY
Welcome all! It’s the 13th blog for WFRP already! How time flies! All praise the Horned Rat! So, since last week was so popular, let’s hand over to Ben who will tackle some more frequently asked questions!
Hi All, The FAQ series of blog posts tackles the questions we’ve received from you. We explore the question, give a definitive answer, and give page references where relevant. If there are any questions you’re dying to ask, please hop over to our Facebook page, and comment away! We’ll get to them as they come in with future blog posts. As we write these posts several weeks ahead, there may be some wait before we get to your questions, but we will get there eventually! Also, unlike my normal posts, this FAQ involves all of the WFRP team, and isn’t just written by me.
Does the Perfect Pitch Talent mean I’m able to cast Spells without Testing Language (Magick)?
No! The Perfect Pitch Talent on WFRP page 142 does not allow a Character to automatically pass Language (Magick)

This series of posts will go through the many questions we’ve received from all of you about WFRP. I’ll explore the question, give a definitive answer, and give page references where relevant, and maybe even pull in Dom or Andy, WFRP’s designers, should a question need a new ruling. Once we have a

WFRP: By Hook or By Crook (Part #2)
#WARHAMMERWEDNESDAY
C7 writer Ben Scerri has another great post for you to sink your teeth into this week, so make a cuppa and get stuck in! You can also join the chat on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to let us know what you think!
Hello, everyone! It’s time for the exciting conclusion to our last blog post where we started making a whole adventure from a short hook from the free supplement Adventure Afoot in the Reikland. Last week we covered the Starting Situation, and the Cast of Characters, so today we’re going to talk about our Scenes and Planning for the Unexpected!
Step #3: Set the Scene
Whilst I’m a big fan of improvised play, and believe you could run an adventure with what has already been written in the last post, I also enjoy prep (and I know I’m not the only one). However, some GMs aren’t comfortable winging things as much as others, and that’s fine too. There’s no right way to be a GM, so let’s set some Scenes down for this adventure we’ve been building.

WFRP The Enemy Within
#WARHAMMERWEDNESDAY
Game Trade Magazine recently published the above article from Cubicle 7 CEO Dominic McDowall on Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay and The Enemy Within. We have printed it below for you to read more easily!
It’s no secret that we here at Cubicle 7 Entertainment only work on games we love. I admit that it can be limiting —we’ve passed up quite a few big licenses over the years, mainly because they weren’t something we’d absolutely loved beforehand. I need to know I’ll be able to bring genuine passion to the property so I can guarantee to other fans that they will love what we are doing.
Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay (WFRP– we pronounce it WuffRupp) is the first RPG I ever played, so it has an incredibly special place in my heart. I have so many awesome gaming memories featuring the (always doomed) voyages of the Emperor Luitpold as it made its way sluggishly up the River Talabec. This is something I share with my WFRP 4e co-designer, Andy Law. We have both been huge Warhammer

WFRP: By Hook or By Crook (Part #1)
C7 writer Ben Scerri is back this week with a new blog post! Make sure you join the chat on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to let us know what you think!
Hi All, Ben here, Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 4th Edition is crammed full of adventure hooks to inspire GMs, so I thought it would be a good idea to show you how I go from a simple adventure seed to a full-fledged Adventure!
This article is going to run a little differently to my normal blog posts. If you follow this article step-by-step, at the end you’ll have an adventure you can run your Players through right away. You’ll also have all the tools you need to make your adventures until the end of time.
To show how to do this, I’m going to use an adventure hook from the free supplement Adventure Afoot in the Reikland, and show you how I turn it into a full-blown adventure. So, let’s crack that PDF open to a random page, and…

WFRP: A Cast of 1d1000s
Cubicle 7 writer Ben Scerri is back with a new blog post today! Make sure you catch up on his last post and let us know what you think over on Facebook and Twitter!
Hello, WFRP fans. A few weeks ago I ran through some methods to create Creatures for your campaigns, so today I thought I’d run through some tips for making Non-Player Characters (NPCs)! What’s the difference between a Creature and an NPC, you ask? Well, that’s a murky subject, and certainly something we’ll talk about. But the big difference is that an NPC has character — a mind of their own, motivations, quirks, you name it. NPCs are also likely to be recurring — popping up again and again in the same adventure, or even showing up across a whole campaign.
Without trying to overstate it, your cast of NPCs is the next most important thing to an engaging campaign after the Player Characters themselves. This cast will act as the mouthpieces of the GM and the setting in general, interacting with the Characters, and (depending on
