We are Cubicle 7 Entertainment, a multi-award winning team behind tabletop Roleplaying games (TTRPG). We constantly bring exciting, social, creative and fun products to life. Working with some of the best-loved brands in the world and building our own creative universe, we are looking to expand our creative team.

We are looking for a number of Table Top roleplaying game (TTRPG) Producers with experience of delivering exciting, fun and creative RPG experiences as a GM or creator. 

You will;

• Lead game products through development from concept to the customer's hands, meeting key project milestones.
• Commission,  manage and give constructive feedback and input to artists, writers, game designers and editors to deliver an excellent product on time and on budget.
• Develop and deliver fun and engaging TTRPGs across a range of rulesets and brands.
• Provide compelling material to support marketing and crowdfunding activities as required.

The right person will;

• Be passionate about TTRPGs and delivering an exciting narrative experience to gamers.
• Be an excellent team player with strong communication skills, able to build and maintain a freelancer team delivering multiple titles per year.
• Be a good project manager with experience in delivering creative products to deadline and budget.
• Have strong proofing, editing and copywriting skills. A creative writing and editing test will be set for all shortlisted applicants. 
• Have good game design skills - either as an experienced GM or in published work
• Have strong organisational skills and  project management experience required. 
• Have an excellent approach to effectively and constructively dealing with creative differences.
• Preferably have experience of  InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop, Monday.com and Google Workspace.
• Preferably have experience of working with brand guidelines.

The positions are full time, hybrid remote, and the successful applicants will be expected to work from the office in Balbriggan, North County Dublin, Ireland at least 2 days per week

The roles are offered on a 2 year fixed term contract. Salary €35,000 pa.
