Customer Emails & Website Update

We were working on the backend of our new website this week and the work triggered a resend of some customer emails. We want to reassure anyone who received a mail that it wasn't a security breach, no action is needed, and to apologise for the confusion caused.

The new site should give lots more flexibility and options for us, and will not require you to create a new account, but more on that later in the year when its launched!
