Cubicle 7 COVID-19 Update

Hi All, we have been a little quiet over the last few days as the team travelled home from GAMA Expo in the US and settled back into work, we want to update you now fully and assure you that we are still working away on all of our upcoming releases. We had a successful GAMA despite it being quieter than previous years - more updates on it soon!

As we have seen over the last few weeks, the global spread of COVID-19 has been impacting us all. Like many others, Cubicle 7 staff are mostly working from home, but order fulfilment continues as normal. 

Online Orders

We are taking precautionary measures when handling goods, wearing disposable gloves, wiping surfaces and washing hands regularly. Our delivery partners also have strong COVID-19 measures in place, for example DPD have changed to contactless deliveries - see here for more.

Due to international flight and local suspensions we cannot currently deliver to the following countries: China, Japan, Argentina, Oman, Taiwan, Bahrain, Mongolia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Israel, South Korea, Libya, Djibouti, Kuwait and Ukraine. Postal delays can be expected in many other countries, please check with your local postal service for up-to-date news in relation to parcel delivery. 

We have recently integrated UPS Express Saver and Standard Shipping into our website to facilitate an alternative courier option with fast turnaround.
